Animal Care
It’s never too late to teach an old dog new tricks, and we believe it’s never too late to train any pet. Our services are designed with you and your pet in mind, and we believe in working as much with you as with your animal. We're proud of our high success rate and the level of satisfaction clients, and their pets, come away with every time. Our primary focus is to train using positive training methods, but understand that every animal is different and may need a specific regimen to accomplish goals.

We do in home grooming or you come to us at our lovely house behind the Greeley Police station. We have a licensed grooming room. There is nothing more homely than a home. Licensed, certified, and insured. How are we different? Well we focus on fear free visits. This includes recovery from previous groomer abuse training. We only take 1 family at a time and don't use kennels. This does mean punctuality is very important, but we are human and our animals can be unpredictable, so let us know when you are running late and we will do the same. When dogs and cats come to our grooming room they smell a fear free environment filled with happy and calming pheromones because the pets that come to us learn we have a safe place and we won't hurt them. We use precision tools for nails and rarely make a mistake because of our patience and care for animals' safety. Typically we take 3 -5 clients a day, which gives an extremely personalized visit. We also have in home petting sitting drop-ins available too.

We know you are as busy as can be, so while you are awhile take care of your pet's grooming needs at SS Animal Care & Photography. We offer a wide variety of grooming and some specialities. Take a look to see if we can provide what you need.

*For a fear free calm visit, we may use amino acids (L-Theanine & L-Tryptophan), Valerian Root, Melatonin and/or a blend of calming essential oils & dog pheromones if needed. Please leave a comment if you would prefer any of these items not be given. We believe in a fear free visit some dogs may be too fearful to provide services. You would be notified if this happens.

Have a long day at work? You don't need to worry about accidents with this nifty service. This is a 30 minute increment of time where we let the animals use the outdoor facilities, administer medicine if needed, make sure they have water/food, and then fun activities. Fun activities are based on the dogs favorite things to do and energy level.

What you can expect from a walk
We typically will walk around the familiar block, but we have walked dogs to new environments for socialization.
PET SITTING & DROP-INS

We offer in house sittings based on what the animal needs. We do feed other animals.
